Bio
I’m an Aerospace Engineering major with experience working within the defense industry (Raytheon, BAE Systems, etc.). While I enjoy diving deep into the technical side of things, I have always had an interest in aesthetics and the integration of human interaction with emerging technologies in the design of physical products. My current expertise lies in mechanical design and analysis (SolidWorks, LS-DYNA, MATLAB, etc.), and I’m excited to develop skills in ideation and human-centered design through shared experiences with faculty and students alike. In my free time, I enjoy a variety of pursuits: I’ve built drones, remote controlled airplanes, custom mechanical keyboards and most recently, a picturesque aquarium (look up aquascaping!). I’ve also been learning a bit of guitar and videography on the side during quarantine. Looking forward to meeting all of you in person!
What are you most looking forward to in the MDes program?
