Cheng Zhang

Bio

I’m Cheng Zhang. I began college studying Biology before discovering my passion for design and transferring to the Academy of Art University to study UI/UX Design. Beyond design, I enjoy music, dance, photography, video creation, and art. Through internships and award-winning projects, I’ve developed a user-centered approach grounded in empathy and curiosity. I’m excited to join Berkeley MDes to deepen my design practice, explore emerging technologies, and turn ideas into meaningful real-world experiences.
