Chiayin (Joyce) Yang

Bio

Hi there!

My name is Chiayin Yang and I come from Taiwan, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from National Cheng Kung University. I further honed my UX research and design skills at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.

I’m passionate about both physical and digital product design—I particularly love enhancing interactions between people and products. In the future, I aspire to develop transformative products that improve the quality of human life while leading initiatives to drive sustainable innovation in the design industry.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the world through camping, traveling, and making friends. I look forward to meeting people from all walks of life as I dive into design and emerging technology at Berkeley MDes!
