Bio

Hi! Christine here. I am an Industrial Designer living and working in the Bay Area. I have a background in hard and soft goods design and development and have worked in small studios, large corporate environments, and many startups. My passion has always been in sustainable design and manufacturing. After creating so many products, my interest has shifted into our global reality and its social impacts. At MDes, I hope to explore the interaction of where design, technology, and our environment intersect to benefit not only the individual but our whole global community. I am interested in biodesign and novel technologies as a means for sustainable material development and manufacturing. I am also super excited to explore the possibilities of creating meaningful interactions through technical experimentation.

I am a maker at heart and enjoy traveling, music, and practicing yoga.
