Congruo Guan

Bio

Hi, I’m Congruo Guan — a multidisciplinary designer focusing on emerging technologies.

I started out in architecture, which gave me a deep curiosity about how people interact with spaces. This foundation drives my work in bridging the gap between spatial design and technology (IoT, XR, AI…).

In the MDes program, I’m exploring how computers can better understand both space and humans, and discovering new ways to bring human–machine interaction out of screens and into the spaces where we live, work, and connect. My goal is to create designs that make our spatial and technological experiences more natural, more intuitive — and more inclusive, especially for people with special needs.

In my free time, I love tinkering with new things — like learning new instruments, trying out new sports… We can try out lots of things together!
