Helen Chen

Bio

Helen Chen is a designer working across visual communication, creative technology, and immersive systems. She recently graduated from Parsons School of Design with a degree in Communication Design. Her work explores storytelling through visual identity systems across different media, platforms, and touchpoints. She is also interested in creating design tools that support both efficiency and experiential engagement.

Professionally, she has gained experience in branding and visual design at Forms+Surfaces and designwajskol, where she has worked on branding, environmental graphics, identity systems, and client-based design.

At MDes, Helen hopes to expand her practice through AI-assisted design tools, multisensory data visualization, and interactive media systems, while continuing to explore how technology can support human expression and visual communication.
