Bio

Hi, I’m Ching, a designer who creates experiences that invite people to see ordinary things differently.

I recently graduated from EECS at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, where I discovered my passion for human-centered design. I love exploring ideas through different forms of design, from physical computing, apps, and websites to board games.

I worked on a project that transformed a discarded umbrella and a piggy bank into a motorized spider puppet for a Halloween tech art festival. It invited children to see the upcycling potential of everyday objects. At MDes, I’m excited to explore sustainable design and learn how thoughtful design can foster lasting relationships between people, technology, and the environment.

Outside of design, I love singing musical theatre songs, wearing all kinds of dresses, traveling, and observing the world.
