Bio

Hi! I’m Kristin from Taiwan.

My background spans graphic communication, culinary studies, and pastry hospitality. After studying Graphic Communication at Central Saint Martins, I pursued culinary training and worked as a hotel pastry chef in London.

Working across design and hospitality inspired me to explore how emerging technologies can transform dining experiences beyond what is served on the plate. Through the MDes program, I’m excited to deepen my understanding of design innovation and collaborate with others to reimagine the future of food and hospitality.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling, baking, and documenting memorable food experiences around the world.
