Hi there! I’m Luis from Berlin, Germany.

With a background in industrial design, I explore the intersection of physical products, digital experiences, and human well‑being. My work centers on creating meaningful, technology‑driven interactions – from AI‑powered tools for dementia care to haptic wearables that reduce stress without screens. I’ve developed solutions across mobility, consumer electronics, and healthcare, always grounding innovation in human‑centered research.

At Berkeley MDes, I’m excited to deepen my understanding of experience design and human–machine interaction and to collaborate on systems that create more intentional, balanced lives in our always‑on world.

Outside of design, you’ll find me behind a camera, hunting for vintage furniture, or sewing new clothes.
