Hello! My name is Taylor, but everyone calls me Tay. As a native New Yorker, it took me 2 years of living in the Bay Area to grasp the concept of micro climates and avocado on toast. Regardless, adapting to a foreign environment is what thrills me! Pre-Covid, I would travel to various countries to witness the winged wonders of the sky as a hobby. Today, my focus lies on creating lasting improvements within my local community. Through empathy, technology, and curiosity, I seek to find solutions that will improve the quality of life for the underserved. Ultimately, my hope is that my efforts will inspire others, especially young girls, to explore and improve the world around them!

What are you most looking forward to in the MDes program?

I want to challenge myself. I want to be surrounded by creative minds that are using their talent to benefit society. That is what I am most exited about; being surrounded by the thinkers of tomorrow and using that inspiration to fuel and challenge myself.
