Bio

Hi! I’m Yifei from Shanghai, China.

My journey into design began in Visual Communication Design, where I discovered a passion for transforming complex ideas into meaningful experiences through visual storytelling, interaction design, and emerging technologies.

Over time, I realized that what excites me most is understanding people—how they think, communicate, and interact with technology—and designing intuitive systems that reduce cognitive load and integrate seamlessly into everyday life.

At MDes, I hope to further explore how artificial intelligence, interactive systems, and emerging technologies can be designed responsibly and inclusively.

Outside of design, I enjoy traveling and scuba diving. I’m always eager to explore unfamiliar ideas and discover new ways design can shape the world around us.
